Appointment Policy

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  If arriving late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and will charge the cancellation fee at our sole discretion. If arriving late and we can still safely accommodate you, we will make every effort to perform your treatment in the remaining scheduled time.  

Cancellation, No-Show and Late Rescheduling Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our cancellation, no-show, and late rescheduling policy. We have a 48-hour cancellation, no-show, or reschedule policy to ensure patients can receive their treatments in a timely manner and respect everyone’s time. Any patient that cancels, is a no-show, and/or is late, or reschedules within 48 hours automatically will forfeit their $300 deposit.
 
New patients who late cancel, no-show or late reschedule their appointment may be declined to be seen in the future. If an established patient has late canceled, no-showed, or rescheduled, the patient may be required to prepay in full for future services. This prepaid amount will be non-refundable if the cancellation/no-show/reschedule policy is then violated. If an appointment is rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment time, this prepaid amount paid will be credited for future services.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.  Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  
 
Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only at the sole discretion of Face IQ Aesthetics.  No refunds on Gift Certificate purchases

Payment Policy

There will be a 3% convenience fee added for use of all credit cards
