Appointment Policy
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may reduce the amount of time available for your treatment. If you arrive late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply at our discretion. If we are still able to safely accommodate you, we will do our best to complete your treatment within the remaining scheduled time.
Cancellation, No-Show and Late Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation, reschedule, or change. This helps us respect everyone’s time and allows other patients the opportunity to book. Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $300 deposit.
New patients who cancel late, no-show, or reschedule at the last minute may not be accepted for future appointments. Established patients who do the same may be required to prepay in full for future services. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable if this policy is not followed, but if an appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, the payment will be credited toward a future visit.
